Pathfinder is a 7 year old NGO and Trust Consulting services. For providing consulting services to the NGO and Trust our terms and conditions are as follows-

1. General Members- For this category we charge annual membership Rs. 1000/- per annum. Under this we provide complete information of government schemes time to time in general and as per the specified field of NGO. This comprises update of all central government schemes released for NGO. If client approves any project and request us for execution, then we will make project for them with a fees depend upon project and follow the progress.

2. FCRA Special- There are many funding agencies worldwide interested to provide funds to NGO’s and trusts working genuinely in India. Under this category of membership we charge Rs. 2000/- per annum to provide regular information to interested NGO’s having FCRA registration. If client approves any project and request us for execution, then we will make project for them with a fees depend upon project and follow the progress.

3. ALS (Annual Liaison Services)- For this specially designed category to make NGO’s powerful and fully equipped with all funding provisions, to keep all round watch and to run organization competently and successfully, our monthly fees is Rs.2500/-. In short our this special tool will work like a full fledged manager to your NGO. Under this special category we provide following regular services-

1. Time to time project information and guide lines issued by Government of India or concerned departments.
2. Project Report formation.
3. Submission of Project Report and follow up.
4. Rectification of queries.
5. Liasoning with the concerned department for fast expedition of the project.
6. Assistance to implement the project.
7. Preparation of evaluation report to be submitted to concerned sanctioning authority timely.
8. Maintenance of accounts (cash book and ledger writing as per prescribed norms) in consultations with expert NGO’s specialized chartered accountants.
9. Electronic Management (weekly e-news letter with unique email ID.
10. Guidance and assistance to prepare annual report.
