NGO Management
The full form of NGO is Non Governmental Organization. This type of organizations came into existence in the year 1945 as because the United Nations needed to differentiate in its charter between participation rights for intergovernmental specialized agencies and those for international private organizations.The main moto of the non governmental organization is to be independent from the government control not seeking to challenge governments either as a political party or by a narrow focus on human rights, non-profit-making and non-criminal. This type of organization can also be called as Social Benefit Organization as this term throw a very bright light on their work and mission.
Aim
The major aim of NGO is the management of the organization, creation of the goals and aims of NGO activities, thorough understanding of the organizational framework of NGOs, and distribution of portfolios among its members. Professionals of NGO Management work out of strategies and operational pathways, direct and plan financial and other policies and various other programs of the organization. It is a challenging field and quite complicated to manage and run an NGO in this problematic world.
